Zverev Falls in Five Sets Despite Strong Performance

In a thrilling and hard-fought match, Carlos Alcaraz emerged victorious over Alexander Zverev in the final of the 2023 French Open. The 21-year-old Spaniard captured his first Grand Slam title in a five-set battle, winning 6-3, 6-1, 3-6, 6-3, 6-4.

After dropping the first two sets, Zverev fought back to take the third. However, Alcaraz regained the momentum in the fourth and fifth sets, eventually securing the victory with a long backhand that forced an error from Zverev.
