Bringing Alcohol Onboard

Royal Caribbean: New Alcohol Policy for Guests

Bringing Alcohol Onboard

On Embarkation Day

Guests are not allowed to bring beer, hard liquor, or any other alcoholic beverages onboard for consumption or any other use. Alcoholic beverages seized on embarkation day will not be returned. However, guests may bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items.

During the Cruise

Guests are allowed to bring a limited amount of alcohol onboard for consumption in their stateroom. This includes:

  • One bottle of wine (750ml) per adult guest
  • One six-pack of beer (or equivalent) per adult guest
  • One liter of spirits (hard liquor) per adult guest

All alcohol must be declared to security upon embarkation. Guests who attempt to bring more alcohol onboard than the allowed amount may have their alcohol confiscated and may be subject to additional penalties.

Alcohol Consumption

Guests are not allowed to consume alcohol in public areas of the ship, including the pool deck, restaurants, and bars. Alcohol may only be consumed in guests' staterooms or in designated areas on the ship.

Consequences of Violating the Alcohol Policy

Guests who violate the alcohol policy may be subject to the following consequences:

  • Confiscation of alcohol
  • Fines
  • Suspension of privileges
  • Disembarkation from the ship

Please note that this policy is subject to change without notice. For the most up-to-date information, please visit the Royal Caribbean website or contact a Royal Caribbean representative.
